Michigan AFL-CIO Launches New Video Supporting President Joe Biden
LANSING, Mich. – Today, the Michigan AFL-CIO released a new video supporting President Joe Biden ahead of the Michigan presidential primary election on Tuesday, February 27. Among his endorsements, Biden has received the backing of the National AFL-CIO, the largest labor federation in the country, and the United Auto Workers.
“Joe Biden is the most pro-labor President of our lifetime,” said Michigan AFL-CIO President Ron BIEBER. “Over the last four years, President Biden has made record investments to support good union jobs, strengthened workers’ rights, and fought for union members from the White House to the picket line. The record is clear. Because of the Biden Administration, the labor movement is stronger than ever. On behalf of our affiliated unions and the over 1 million union and family members we represent, the Michigan AFL-CIO is proud to support Joe Biden.”
